Utility Billing

Utility bills are mailed the first of every month and are due by the 20th of the month. After the 20th, a 15 percent penalty is applied.

If you would like to receive your utility bill via email, complete this Electronic Mailing Authorization form and mail or return to City Hall.

ACH (Automated) Payment

Tawas City utility bill customers can have their payments directly deducted from their checking or savings account. If you're interested in this free service, complete this form and mail or return it to City Hall with a voided check.

A drop box is available for checks or money orders, located behind City Hall off Mathews Street at the entrance of the parking lot.
