Tawas City Library, 208 W. North St., is a branch of the Iosco-Arenac District Library. It is open 10 a.m.-1 p.m. and 2-6 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 10 a.m.-noon Saturday. Be sure to also visit the Tawas City Library Friends Book Store, open 10 a.m.-noon Saturdays at the library. You can also let the kiddos burn off extra energy at the Library Pocket Park beside the library.
